This Privacy Policy explains how Livit collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our waitlist service.
1. Information We Collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and, optionally, your user type preference (Explorer or Creator). We also record the date and time of your consent. We do not collect any other personal information at this stage.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your email address solely to: (a) confirm your place on the waitlist, (b) notify you about product updates and early access opportunities, and (c) maintain a record of your consent as required by applicable law. We will not use your email for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We will notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights or freedoms. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of the waitlist period, or until you withdraw your consent and request removal. Upon unsubscription, we cease all communications immediately. We retain a minimal record (without contact information) solely to comply with our legal obligations. You may request full erasure by contacting us directly.
7. Third-Party Data Processors
We use the following sub-processors to operate our service: Supabase Inc. (secure data storage, EU infrastructure) and Resend Inc. (transactional email delivery). Both processors are contractually bound to process your data only on our behalf and in compliance with GDPR. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR

9. Analytics & Cookies
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns of our website. Vercel Analytics is a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not collect personally identifiable information. No cookie consent banner is required for this analytics tool.
