These Terms of Service govern your participation in the Livit waitlist program. By submitting your information, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Waitlist Participation
Joining the Livit waitlist does not constitute a contract for services and does not guarantee access to the Livit platform. Access will be granted at Livit's sole discretion, in phases, based on capacity and other factors. We reserve the right to modify eligibility criteria at any time.
2. User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when joining the waitlist. Any attempt to manipulate your position on the waitlist through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple email addresses or automated submissions, may result in immediate removal from the program.
3. Modifications & Termination
Livit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate the waitlist program at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes. Continued participation in the waitlist following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangkok, Thailand for the resolution of any disputes arising under these terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Livit waitlist service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Livit makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service, and expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Livit and its founders, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the waitlist, even if Livit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Please contact us at contact@livit.it.com before initiating any formal legal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts specified under Governing Law.
